What is this service?
Our award-winning Anchor Ambition project focuses on moving people living in Mid and South Essex who are unemployed or economically inactive towards work in the NHS or wider Healthcare sector. If you are interested in finding work in the NHS, we can give you personalised one-to-one support advice and guidance about suitable roles job matching your skills, help with online applications, mock interviews and interview preparation as well as giving you access to the Trust’s online training modules.

WHO CAN USE THIS SERVICE?
Anyone living in Mid & South essex who is unemployed who is 18 plus
HOW ARE SERVICES DELIVERED?
We will then contact you to arrange an in person 1-1 session, we will then support you to find work and suggest training and other options to help you move closer to employment within the NHS or wider Healthcare sector.
