What is this service?
If you are a carer, family member or friend of someone who has been living with dementia for some time, then the Carer Information and Support Programme Two can give you the support and advice you need. The programme covers understanding how dementia progresses and living well with dementia. This group is delivered through face-to-face sessions or online.
