What is this service?
Our Walk and Talk Groups are run by Farleigh Hospice and offer welcoming peer support for carers and anyone who has been bereaved. It's a safe space to discuss challenging but important topics.
These walks are open to:
Carers of people with a life-limiting illness who are eligible for Farleigh Hospice support
Anyone who has been bereaved living in the mid Essex area
Both groups are supported by a member of the Family Support Team and our dedicated volunteers.
Well-behaved dongs on leads are welcome.
There is no need to book—just come along!

Time: Meet at 10:15am for a 10:30am start, finishing at 12pm
Where: Tower Gardens Car Park (CM1 2PL), off Rainsford Road
Route: A gentle stroll through Admirals and Central Park, with a stop at Central Park Café for refreshments and conversation
