What is this service?
Crossroads provide respite sitting & companionship. They cover most areas within the City of Chelmsford. They can help your cared for with any little incontinence problems, prepare small meals and a helping hand with feeding, can take your loved one for a short walk or take them out to a garden centre or a cafe, or sit with them, we can read or play games etc.
Costs are approx. £22 per hour - this can be arranged through direct payments through Adult Social Care.
