Dementia Intensive Support Service

What is this service?

Based at the Crystal Centre, Broomfield Hospital with a 24 hour help line. Please note out of hours this goes through to the ward and you may have to wait for it to be answered. They offer both early intervention to help people stay in their own homes and crisis cover if someone’s condition deteriorates rapidly. They can also support people who don’t have a dementia diagnosis or are worried that they or someone they know is showing signs of dementia.
