A locally constituted group founded in 2009 with the aim of addressing salient health and education issues that confront the Black and Minority Ethnic communities in Chelmsford, by organising healthy living initiatives; improving life choices through education; encouraging stronger community spirit through cultural heritage issues like food, art and language.
