Over 50's Black Men Forum CIC

About

The Over 50s Black Men Forum (O5BM) is a community organisation supporting the health, wellbeing and social connection of black men aged 50 and over.

We provide welcoming community spaces where men can connect, stay active and access practical information and support. Our activities include weekly table tennis and physical activity sessions, health and wellbeing programmes, Ask the Doctors sessions, mental health awareness, digital inclusion, financial wellbeing, cultural and heritage activities, and opportunities for volunteering and community participation.

In Chelmsford, we provide a regular community hub and work with local partners to help older black men remain active, connected, informed and engaged as they age.
